Rental terms
- The entire property must be rented.
- Each direct rental involves the signing of a contract and the issuance of an invoice.
- The houseboat can accommodate 4 people in two configurations:
- configuration 1: one queen 160 cm bed + one king 180 cm bed
- configuration 2: one queen 160 cm bed + two single 90 cm beds
- Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM / in-person welcome.
- Check-out by 12:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed on board.
- Organizing events or parties is not permitted.
- Commercial photography and film shoots are not permitted.
- The swimming pool is open and available for use from June to September.
Direct booking rates
payment terms
- A 30% deposit is to be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking.
- Payment of the balance by bank transfer no later than 45 days before arrival.
cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the tenant
- more than 90 days before arrival: the landlord refunds 100% of the deposit
- between 90 and 60 days before arrival: the landlord refunds 50% of the deposit
- between 60 and 45 days before arrival: the landlord retains the deposit
- between 45 and 30 days before arrival: the landlord refunds 20% of the amounts paid by the tenant
- less than 30 days before arrival: the lessor retains the full amount paid by the tenant
In the event of a cancellation by the landlord, the amounts paid will be fully refunded to the tenant.
In the event of *force majeure* preventing the stay from taking place, the parties shall seek an amicable solution, such as rescheduling or a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
